Booking was easy and straightforward, which I appreciated. I just felt a little unsure when the seat fees started adding up, I would’ve liked a bit more reassurance that I was making the right choice and not missing a better option. Overall it was fine, but the extra costs felt like a bit much.

I flew with Wizz Air last week and had a really good experience. The cabin crew were lovely from the start — they helped me find space for my bag and were patient with a few passengers who seemed a bit confused. What stood out to me was that their smiles actually felt genuine, not like they were just going through the motions. The flight was busy, but they stayed calm, polite, and professional the whole time. It made the trip feel much easier and left me feeling like I was in good hands.

"Helpful, but a bit rushed"
The airport staff did help me when I needed it, so I appreciated that. They got me pointed in the right direction and answered my question, but I don’t know, they seemed really rushed. Maybe it was just a busy day, the airport was kind of hectic, but they didn’t come across as very friendly. Not terrible or anything, just felt a little cold.

My flight ended up being late, which was a bit frustrating, but the staff did a good job keeping everyone updated. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I appreciated that they communicated clearly and made the wait a little easier to deal with.

The flight itself was fine, but the boarding with Wizz Air was frustrating. The gate info came out late, and then everyone was just standing around not knowing where to go because there was no clear line or proper instructions. It felt like such a waste of energy just hovering there, asking questions, and getting nowhere. The staff seemed stressed and weren’t very helpful when people tried to figure out what was happening. Even priority boarding didn’t feel like priority at all. It was just messy and confusing, and it put me in a bad mood before the trip even started.

As someone who gets really annoyed by hidden fees, I appreciated that the booking process was clear. The extras showed up before I paid, so there weren’t any big surprises at checkout. The cost still added up once bags were included, but at least I could see what I was paying for.

I booked this for a short weekend trip it did the job. The flight was cheap, the service was basic, and you definitely don’t get any fancy extras, but for the price I couldn’t complain. I just brought a small backpack, grabbed a coffee at the airport, and it was totally fine for a quick flight.

I had a problem with a charge after my flight and expected it to turn into a hassle. I submitted a complaint through the Wizz Air website, and the whole process was straightforward. They got back to me within a few days with a clear response and fixed the mistake without loads of back and forth. It’s not great that the issue happened in the first place, but I was really happy with how easy they made it to sort out.

"Online check-in was okay"
I checked in on Wizz Air and it was mostly straightforward. I did spend a few minutes trying to figure out where to put my passport details, though maybe I just missed it at first because I was on my phone. Once I found that part, the boarding pass downloaded without any issue. Not sure if the mobile page is always like that or if it was just my screen, but it could definitely be a bit clearer. Overall, it worked fine for me.

They reminded me about check-in, gate details, and even a small schedule change, so I didn’t have to keep checking everything myself. Nothing fancy, just useful messages at the right time. I was fully prepared to be folded up like a lawn chair because it was a budget flight, but the legroom was actually good?? I’m not super tall or anything, but I had enough space to sit comfortably and even stretch a little, which felt like a luxury. No complaints from me at all...

My checked bag came out quickly, and there wasn’t any damage at all. Reading between the lines, it seemed like the luggage handling was actually smooth, which I definitely appreciated
